A 150-page employee manual \u2014 pretty massive in real life \u2014 takes up less than 7.5% of a four-gigabyte flash drive. An entire filing cabinet&#8217;s worth of documents would take up less than 60% of that same drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a recent&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20150926085749\/http:\/\/blog.metrofax.com\/three-ways-to-go-paperless\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog post &nbsp;by Jeremy Higgens<\/a>&nbsp;he notes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Even with all the digital options available today, people are still hooked on paper.
