Ryan is lazy on Mondays.]<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s time for another recipe, this one straight from the subject&#8217;s own recipe book (his girlfriend&#8217;s really) as we dive into a nice simple recipe for Pizza dough. \u00a0Or as I like to call it College Kid Pizza Dough.<\/p>\n<p>tsp = teaspoon<\/p>\n<p>Tbsp = Tablespoon<\/p>\n<p>lbs = Pounds<\/p>\n<p>Mince = chop into very small pieces<\/p>\n<p>Diced = You chop the thing into roughly square like shapes<\/p>\n<p>Cubed = Actually what it says, cut the ingredients into rough cubes, much bigger than diced<\/p>\n<p>Sliced = Cut into thin broad strips (usually circles)<\/p>\n<p>Chopped = to cut into small pieces with repeated blows<\/p>\n<p>Saute = cook with oil<\/p>\n<p>Fold = Mix the ingredients by scooping the bottom of the mix onto the top of the mix.<\/p>\n<p>Reserve = Hold on\/Don\u2019t discard. Usually a liquid that is normally considered waste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Tbsp active Dry Yeast (Or 1 packet)<\/li>\n<li>1 Cup Warm Water &#8211; NOT HOT<\/li>\n<li>2.5 cups of Flour<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp of oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp of sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp of Salt<\/li>\n<li>PAM\/Non-Stick Spray<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pizza Toppings of Choice<\/strong> &#8211; Normally I&#8217;d still try to tell you what toppings to buy but this recipe is so simple I think it&#8217;ll be fun for you to tell us what you added. [If comments aren&#8217;t working yet, email us at podcastlostinspace@gmail.com]<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Necessary Equipment<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Medium bowl<\/li>\n<li>Cooking sheet\/pizza sheet<\/li>\n<li>Rolling Pin<\/li>\n<li>Oven &#8211; Heated to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit (375 for Convection Ovens)<\/li>\n<li>Measure Utensils<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the Oven to 425 Degrees Fahrenheit (375 for Convection Ovens)<\/li>\n<li>In the bowl\u00a0add the\u00a0warm water and dissolve the yeast into it.\u00a0<strong>Let sit for a few minutes so yeast can activate.\u00a0<\/strong>(If you didn&#8217;t know yeast is actually living microbes. Their farts as they eat sugar are what make bread rise)<\/li>\n<li>Add the Flour, Oil, Sugar and Salt to the Bowl<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Stir with spoon until there&#8217;s none to little\u00a0flour visible.\u00a0You should have a nice dough ball-ish thing<\/li>\n<li>Before rolling the dough, sprinkle flour onto the surface to help prevent sticking<\/li>\n<li>Roll the dough.<\/li>\n<li>Spread the\u00a0dough onto the the pan before you put toppings on it. Thickness is to preference<\/li>\n<li>Add desired toppings.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for about 15 Minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Once Again no Picture!
