me manage projects collaboratively amongst a diverse virtual team.&#160;&#160; <\/p>\n<p>A few simple requirements I consider baseline are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall dashboard for Program <\/li>\n<li>Weekly Program Status Reports (entry \/ editing )\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to enter project status reports <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Ability to have multiple projects&#160; under one category <\/li>\n<li>Issue tracking \u2013 Ability to track \/ manage&#160; issues\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple levels \/ Priorities <\/li>\n<li>Assignment of issues to individuals <\/li>\n<li>Very important is the capability for team members to add notes and status reports <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Risk tracking \u2013 Ability to track \/ manage&#160; Risks\n<ul>\n<li>Multiple levels \/ Priorities <\/li>\n<li>Very important is the capability for team members to add notes and status reports <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge base (aka Wiki, Notebook) <\/li>\n<li>Time Keeping&#160; (Ideally with a good timesheet system) <\/li>\n<li>Project Document repository&#160; (with folder-based permissions) <\/li>\n<li>Multi-user based system (permissions must be granted to access\/view projects. <\/li>\n<li>Email alerts <\/li>\n<li>Change log for every transaction made -&#160;
