it was tedious and crazy work\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; These days, web-based tracking software tools range from the simple, to highly complex systems with lots of options\u2026<\/p>\n<p>( Web-Based Time Tracking Software, Time Entry, Time Management Team Management)<\/p>\n<p>From a baseline set of requirements I think the following should be there:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Easy to use&nbsp; \/ web-based<\/li>\n<li>Time Entry: Weekly-based Grid&nbsp;&nbsp; Active projects pre-populated for user<\/li>\n<li>User types: Timekeepers, project managers, program managers, administrators<\/li>\n<li>dashboard for each user type<\/li>\n<li>Easy reports interface<\/li>\n<li>Ability to enter notes for each entry or the entire week<\/li>\n<li>Ability to export to Excel<\/li>\n<li>Approval<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[&nbsp;
