Reality: Not only for gamers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I have seen many videos of virtual reality technology and sat is a couple of demos, but I must say it was early on technology (choppy at best, and generally slow)<\/p>\n<p>My son \u00a0re-<a href=\"https:\/\/jorgep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/20150913133852_400x266.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" https:\/\/jorgep.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/20150913133852_400x266.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>introduced me\u00a0to virtual reality this weeend when he dropped by with a set of VR googles in which you put your phone infront of and connect to hearphones . \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Then he asked me to sit down and hit the play button on the side&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>I was completelly blown away !!\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0they included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Movie theater experience<\/li>\n<li>Cirque Du Solei experience<\/li>\n<li>Tropical\u00a0Island Fly-by<\/li>\n<li>and a video game.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I tried several times to reach out with my hands, but they were nowhere to be found!! \u00a0\u00a0They were all coming from the phone, and they were simply amazing! \u00a0 \u00a0I completelly understand now why Facebook bought Oculus Drift, founded by a then 23 year-old,\u00a0\u00a0for $2B dollars..<\/p>\n<p>Today he sends me this link&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cnet.co\/1VdbVEg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">http:\/\/www.cnet.com\/news\/samsung-and-facebooks-oculus-sets-launch-for-gear-vr-headset-in-november-for-99\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>I definitelly want more of this!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I know it is lame, but \u00a0here it is:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I can see myself sitting at a comfortable chair at home, doing developing or writing a blog with my vr goggles in \u00a0front of 4-5 screens \u00a0in the balcony of my tropical ocean front\u00a0house &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>or better yet:I can see my self sitting at my actual tropical ocean front house, having teleconference with my team across the world using my VR office, all while in short and flipflops!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Either way \u00a0this technology will open up everything from enterntainment to
