{"id":35428,"date":"2018-08-06T19:27:00","date_gmt":"2018-08-07T02:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moderneuc.com\/?p=35428"},"modified":"2026-02-18T13:02:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-18T20:02:30","slug":"windows-10-opportunity-184m-devices-in-370-working-days","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jorgep.com\/blog\/windows-10-opportunity-184m-devices-in-370-working-days\/","title":{"rendered":"Windows 10 Opportunity: 184M devices in 370 Working Days"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As of today, we sit at less than 18 calendar months from the end of Windows 7 Extended Support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A couple of weeks ago in the Microsoft Partner Conference in Vegas,&nbsp;&nbsp; Microsoft provided some context to the opportunity ahead for partners by giving the numbers of installed Windows 7 devices&nbsp;around the world&#8230;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A summary of Microsoft said follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>About 184 million commercial PCs around the world (excluding China)<ul><li>50% were within enterprises<\/li><li>30% in small- and mid-sized businesses<\/li><li>30% in government.
