Introduction
\nBy entering The Service provided by Invisa.net, you accept the Terms of
\nuse and agree to be legally bound and subject to them. If you do not
\nagree to the Terms, stop using The Service and exit The Service
\nimmediately. Washington Holdings and it’s affiliates are not
\nresponsible for any aspect of this service, it’s use, or any result that
\nmay come from the use of this service. Users of this service waive the
\nright to pursue Washington Holdings and\/or it’s affiliates for any
\ndamages, consequential or otherwise, resulting from use of this service.
\nWashington Holdings and it’s affiliates are separate legal entities
\nfrom Master Mind Productions Inc. and Invisa.net.<\/p>\n

\ntechnology (hereinafter – “The Service”) provided by Invisa.net
\n(hereinafter -“Invisa.net”).<\/p>\n
Before you enter The Service, or use any Invisa.net Service, please read
\ncarefully the Terms of use set forth below (hereinafter – “Terms”). By
\nusing The Service, you accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound
\nand subject to them. If you do not agree to the Terms please exit The
\nService immediately.<\/p>\n
General Terms of Use<\/p>\n
1) Invisa.net may change the Terms from time to time and at any time and
\nwithout actual notice to you. In addition, Invisa.net, at its sole
\ndiscretion, may change or cancel The Service or any part thereof, and
\nwithout any actual notice to you. Invisa.net does not guarantee to
\nupdate The Service and\/or its information and\/or its related
\ninformation. <\/p>\n
2) Invisa.net reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disconnect a
\nuser from The Service without any actual notice to you. Invisa.net does
\nnot guarantee unrestricted access to The Service for any user.<\/p>\n
3) The Service is provided to you by Invisa.net on an “AS IS” basis, for
\nyour business use only. No claim and\/or demand and\/or suit will arise
\nout of the use of The Service against Invisa.net and\/or its workers

\nInvisa.net does not guarantee reliability, accuracy, or completeness of

4) The Service and all information it contains belong to Invisa.net,
\nunless expressly stated otherwise. The copyright of the material
\ncontained in The Service and any of Invisa.net trade marks, service
\nmarks, trade names, service names, logos (in each case whether or not
\nregistered) and any other intellectual property rights included in The
\nService and\/or in the information contained thereon belong only to
\nInvisa.net. Invisa.net grants its users a nonexclusive and non
\ntransferable license to use The Service for personal purposes only. Any
\ncopy of information which constitutes part of The Service shall include
\nnotices of the intellectual property rights in the information.<\/p>\n
Limitation of liability <\/p>\n
5) Invisa.net assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any
\nkind of damages to you and\/or any third party related to you or anyone
\non your behalf in connection with your use of The Service including
\ndamages that may occur to your computer and\/or any equipment thereon,
\nincluding damages arising out of your use of any internet site or other
\nmaterial via links from the site or from downloading files from the
\ninternet. <\/p>\n
6) Without derogating from the aforementioned, it is hereby made clear
\nthat the access line to the internet, known as “the backbone”, through
\nwhich the navigating in the net by The Service is possible, are not
\nprovided by Invisa.net and are not under the responsibility of
\nInvisa.net or whoever on its behalf. Invisa.net assumes no
\nresponsibility, and shall not be liable for any kind of damages to you
\nand\/or any third party related to you on account of errors, failures,
\nomissions, or other inaccuracies in the access line to the internet. <\/p>\n
7) Invisa.net is not responsible, and will not bear any liability, to
\nThe Service user and\/or any third party in connection with the contents
\nadvertised on the internet which may offend in some respect the user
\nand\/or anyone on his behalf and\/or any third party and which contents
\nmay constitute a violation of any law and\/or regulation. <\/p>\n
8) Invisa.net is not liable, and will not be liable, to The Service user
\nand\/or any third party, for loss of information and\/or presentation of
\ninformation and\/or disclosure of information of the user and\/or any
\nthird party, arising in any way out of the use of service.<\/p>\n
For the purpose of this chapter, Invisa.net shall be construed so as to
\ninclude its workers and representatives. <\/p>\n
Declarations and obligations of the user<\/p>\n
9) While using The Service you depose and undertake as follow:<\/p>\n
9.1) Not to do any act which will be in violation of the Terms and to
\nfollow the Terms in full.<\/p>\n
9.2) Any personal information provided by you while using The Service
\nshall be true,accurate, current and complete.<\/p>\n
9.3) Not to impersonate any other person or entity or falsely state or
\notherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity;
\nforge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise
\nthe origin of any material transmitted while using The Service and\/or
\nthrough the process of registration to The Service and you will not do
\nany act that is not allowed or authorized.<\/p>\n
9.4) Not to do any act in violation of any applicable local, state,
\nnational or international laws, rules or regulations.<\/p>\n
9.5) Not to present and\/or add to The Service and\/or any other internet
\nsite information and\/or contents and\/or links that are unlawful and\/or
\nmight be threatening, abusive, harassing to the public and\/or might be
\ntortuous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy
\nand\/or might encourage or abet the commission of an act that constitutes
\na felony or misdemeanor.<\/p>\n
9.6) Not to edit and\/or transmit to The Service and\/or via The Service, a
\nlinkage to any computer software any material (by uploading, email,
\nposting, or otherwise) that contains software viruses or any other
\ncomputer code, files or programs whatsoever designated to interrupt,
\ndestroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware
\nor telecommunications equipment.<\/p>\n
9.7) Not to use computer programs, computer files, internet sites and
\nother services that require payment of fee, without paying the required
\nfee, through The Service.<\/p>\n
9.8) That Invisa.net will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or
\nconsequential loss to you or any one on your behalf or any third party
\nrising from the use of The Service.<\/p>\n
9.9) That the use of The Service including any reliance on The Service
\nis entirely at your own risk.<\/p>\n
9.10) That you are aware of the risks involved in using The Service by
\nThe Service user and\/or any third party, including damages to privacy
\nand\/or confidentiality and\/or safety of information. Therefore,the use
\nof The Service including any reliance on The Service is entirely at your
\nown responsibility, and you hereby release Invisa.net of liability for
\nany kind of damages, loss and\/or material loss, directly, indirectly or
\nconsequential, that will be caused to you or any one on your behalf or
\nany third party as a result of using The Service.<\/p>\n
9.11) To compensate and\/or indemnify Invisa.net and\/or anyone on its
\nbehalf for any kind of damages including loss of profit and\/or loss
\nand\/or expenses, including litigation costs and attorney’s fees that
\nwill be caused to Invisa.net as a result of breaching the Terms.
\nInvisa.net keeps its right to defend any action that will be taken
\nagainst it for misconducts in connection with the use of The Service and
\nyou are hereby undertaking to co-operate with Invisa.net in such
\nactions as far as you will be required.<\/p>\n
Miscellaneous <\/p>\n
10) This agreement is governed by the law of the state of Washington.
\nCourts located in Washington alone have jurisdiction over all disputes
\narising out of or related to this agreement and service. <\/p>\n
11) Any Failure by Invisa.net to exercise promptly any right under the
\nterms and\/or law will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation
\nof non-enforcement. <\/p>\n
