<\/figure>\n\n\n\nLast Friday morning I was getting a coffee in the lobby of\nthe Marriott in La Joya, California and\njust behind there was a couple of very happy very animated people talking to each\nother. Not sure how to pin this, but\ntheir happiness was contagious\u2026 It\nspilled to everyone in the line. It\nmade all of us smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a bit, one of them asked \u201chow I am doing\u201d to which I\nreplied with my usual \u201cDoing well. Thanks for asking\u201d. Because of the day of the week I added, \u201cGlad\nit is Friday\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She asked if I was here for business or pleasure, and I told\nher I was here for business after a long week of travel. I asked them \u201cwhat about you? Business or pleasure\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They told me they just got in last night to spend the weekend\nin an all weekend mastermind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThat is cool! What\nkind of mastermind?\u201d, I said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They replied, \u201cThere are about 20 of us life coaches that\nwill spend the weekend working on the strategies to help our customers\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cHow cool is that!\u201d I\nreplied. I think they were a bit\nsurprised I knew what a mastermind was. \nThey were all young folks and I remember thinking, they may be too young\nto be life coaches\u2026 By now a third\nperson on their side had joined the conversation. After a quick hello, I followed up with \u201cWhat\ndo you do\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Within a couple of minutes, I had responses from all of them,\nand their response was something I did not expect. The closest to me responded first: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She was an online Yoga coach. All of her business is coaching individuals do\nYoga online. Individual sessions to yoga\ninstructors looking to improve not only their techniques, but also what to\nteach their students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The second followed. \n He was a was a Vegan Transition\nCoach, where he helped individuals considering a vegan lifestyle, as they are\njust starting in their journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Finally, the third chimed in. She was a Mom life coach, helping \u201cmostly\nfirst-time moms through the anxiety and stress of the responsibility of caring\nfor your newly born child\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we talked, they were all doing it online only with no\nbrick-n-mortar facilities, and they each had plenty of customers. In fact, as we talked more, they said were\nturning away customers, and thinking of raising their fees to be able to have a\nmore selected set of customers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was WOWED — How\ncool it is to have 3 people that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- distinctly tell what they do in 30-seconds or\nless.<\/li>
- Have online ONLY businesses catering that 3-4\nyears ago did not exists<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
