Most devices purchased in the last 18-24 months will be compatible with Windows 11. Verify that your device meets or exceeds\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/whats-new\/windows-11-requirements\">Windows 11 requirements<\/a>\u00a0to ensure it&#8217;s compatible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft released  the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows\/how-to-use-the-pc-health-check-app-9c8abd9b-03ba-4e67-81ef-36f37caa7844\">PC Health Check tool<\/a> for individuals users to check if their device is comptible with Windows 11.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using Microsoft Endpoint Manager  ( Configuration manager or Intune )  Microsoft has embedded compatibility checkers and reports to make the job easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, for organizations that do not use Microsoft tools to manage their devices, or need to get a snapshot of their fleet&#8217;s ability to upgrade to Windows 11   there are few options available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are a few scripts that you can run, and export the results and send them to a central collection point.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Microsoft Windows 11 Hardware Readiness PowerShell script:    Official Microsoft release of a PowerShell script for checking hardware readiness for Windows 11 upgrades.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/rcmaehl\/WhyNotWin11\">GitHub &#8211; rcmaehl\/WhyNotWin11: <\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/rcmaehl\/WhyNotWin11\">Detection Script to help identify why your PC is not Windows 11 Release Ready.
