What are the requirements?\u00a0 How do I get started?<\/p>\n<p>You can take Windows Autopilot for a test drive with little effort and no need to order new devices.\u00a0 \u00a0 Here is how:<!--more--><\/p>\n<h5><span id=\"What_is_Windows_Autopilot\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><strong>Basics: What is Windows Autopilot?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p>As I wrote a while back in the\u00a0 blog post <a href=\"https:\/\/jorgep.com\/blog\/windows-autopilot-basics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Windows Autopilot\u00a0 Basics<\/a>,\u00a0 Windows AutoPilot is a collection of technologies to simplify and automate Windows Out of Box Experience (OOBE experience), which starts with the registration of the device into the Microsoft Windows Store for Business (Autopilot Dashboard)\u00a0 \u00a0and\u00a0 ends with the execution of the specific configuration based on end-user login (profile)\u00a0 via an automated script delivered by Modern Device Management (MDM) tool.\u00a0 \u00a0 AutoPilot service helps\u00a0 organization to pre-configure new devices, recover,\u00a0 re-purpose and reset existing devices.<\/p>\n<p>There are<strong>\u00a0currently three (3) scenarios<\/strong>\u00a0supported in Windows AutoPilot:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>KIOSK &#8211; (self-deployment mode)<\/li>\n<li>User Driven<\/li>\n<li>IT Driven (Bulk Enrollment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Key Pre-Requisites:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows 10 v1703\u00a0 Professional or Enterprise<\/li>\n<li>Azure Active Directory P1<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Intune or other MDM service to manage devices<\/li>\n<li>EMS or Microsoft 365 License<\/li>\n<li>Enable <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-store\/sign-up-microsoft-store-for-business\">Microsoft Store for Business<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Internet Access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>The Basics of the Process:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>The first step for getting your organization started with Store for Business and Education is signing up. Sign up using an existing account (the same one you use for Office 365, Dynamics 365, Intune, Azure, etc..
