My digital &#8220;team&#8221; includes tools like Google Gemini, Notebook LM, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity.ai, Claude.ai, and others as needed. They help me gather insights and polish content\u2014so you get the best, most up-to-date information possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a <a href=\"https:\/\/jorgep.com\/blog\/the-viral-ai-singer-who-is-not-real\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">previous post<\/a>, we looked at how AI was used to manufacture a fake persona for clout. Although I love the sound and  lyrics, it  did felt cold because the intent was to deceive. I wanted to follow up with a story that is far more real, deeply creative, and, honestly, much more positive. Because while the &#8220;Deepfake Singer&#8221; left us looking for glitches, Kelly Boesch is proving that AI doesn&#8217;t have to be a scam\u2014it can be a soul-stirring new form of visual poetry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kelly Boesch<\/strong> is the exact opposite. She isn&#8217;t a ghost in a content farm; she is a professional visual artist with two decades of experience, including high-level work with IMAX. She is a pioneer in a genre she calls <strong>&#8220;Visual Electronica.&#8221;<\/strong> When you watch her videos, you aren\u2019t looking for &#8220;tells&#8221; to catch her in a lie. You don\u2019t have to. Kelly is 100% transparent about her process. She isn&#8217;t trying to pass off a fake person as a real contestant on a reality show; she is using AI to invite us into her dreams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is It Real or a Hybrid?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The most common question on Kelly\u2019s videos is: <em>&#8220;How is this possible? Are these real people?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The answer is fascinating. While the visuals are AI-generated, the <strong>direction<\/strong> is entirely human. Unlike the grainy, &#8220;captured-on-a-cellphone&#8221; look of the Michael Bennett video\u2014which used low quality to hide its flaws\u2014Kelly\u2019s work is cinematic and high-fidelity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She uses a sophisticated &#8220;Image-to-Video&#8221; workflow that requires a master&#8217;s touch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Vision:<\/strong> She creates hyper-realistic base images (often using Midjourney), leveraging her 20 years of design experience to get the lighting, texture, and &#8220;human&#8221; gaze perfect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Motion:<\/strong> She then &#8220;breathes life&#8221; into those images using cutting-edge tools like <strong>VEO3<\/strong> or <strong>Runway<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Human Soul:<\/strong> She edits these clips with a professional\u2019s eye, ensuring the &#8220;physics&#8221; of the movement feels right and the pacing matches the music.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The result? People who look &#8220;super real&#8221; but exist in a world that is clearly magical. It\u2019s not a deepfake meant to fool you; it\u2019s <strong>Digital Surrealism<\/strong> meant to move you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Intent Matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Michael Bennett story made us want to close our eyes and protect ourselves from being manipulated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kelly Boesch\u2019s work makes you want to open your eyes wider.  She proves that AI doesn&#8217;t have to replace the artist; it can be the ultimate power tool for the artist. On her channel, she doesn&#8217;t just generate &#8220;content&#8221;\u2014she creates albums, directs music videos, and tells stories that feel deeply human, despite being made of pixels and code. She is using the same tools that the &#8220;hoaxers&#8221; use, but she is using them to build, not to bait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Positive Path Forward<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As AI becomes part of our daily feed, the &#8220;Michael Bennetts&#8221; of the world will continue to try and trick us for a quick click. But creators like Kelly Boesch are showing us a different path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One is a <strong>masked trickster<\/strong>; the other is a <strong>transparent creator.<\/strong> If you were one of the 55,000+ people who felt a bit uneasy after my last post, I highly recommend spending ten minutes with Kelly\u2019s work.
