Others keep all this info stored in emails or in Word\/Excel documents &#8212;&nbsp;&nbsp; Some have desktop-based programs&nbsp; that store their data securely on their local hard drives.&nbsp; &#8212;&nbsp;&nbsp; Others have them all stored in their phone on a note or text file\u2026&nbsp;&nbsp; None of these are really safe or efficient \u2013 Crazy to think we are as bad on this, as we are with backups!! (Another story\u2026 )<\/p>\n<p>Below is just a few of the programs that I recommend to<\/p>\n<table border=\"1\" width=\"567\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"2\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"200\"><a href=\"http:\/\/lastpass.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">LastPass<\/a><\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"365\">Definitely at the top of my recommendations list!<br \/>\nCross platform clients (unix,iOS,Windows, Android, etc), Browser add-in to remember and auto-fill info on web pages, Secure Notes,&nbsp;&nbsp; and sooo much more!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"200\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jorgep.com\/blog\/Keepers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Keeper<\/a><\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"365\">If you want simply keep your secure info&nbsp; synchronized across multiple devices (ie not interested in auto-fill)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; then this is the program for you!!!&nbsp;&nbsp; Very nice and it works with most platforms.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"200\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/keepass.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">KeePass<\/a> <\/strong><\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"365\">is an open-source program that allows you to secure your passwords with a single master password or a key-file.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"200\"><a href=\"http:\/\/passpack.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Passpack<\/a><\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"365\">works with both Internet Explorer and Firefox to sync your passwords between multiple computers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"200\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.clipperz.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Clipperz<\/a><\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"365\">Advertised as a \u201cweb-rolodex for your passwords!<\/p>\n<p>Definitely take it for a spin!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"200\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/WebObjects\/MZStore.woa\/wa\/viewSoftware?id=284721352&amp;mt=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">eWallet \u2013 Secure Password Manager<\/a><\/strong>:<\/td>\n<td valign=\"top\" width=\"365\">eWallet gives you all of the password manager functions you could want including generating strong passwords, securing existing ones, storing sensitive credit card info, allowing you to launch well known sites from the app to avoid phising scams and a ton more features.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is not only about passwords, but&nbsp; all kinds of confidential data.
