As more and more customers move to modern device management and modern provisioning the question becomes how to can organizations support their remote workers.
Also many organizations are paying 3rd party companies to provide tools to enable this across the board when you are able to do it with Microsoft native tools!
Remote help is not really a function of Microsoft Intune. Having said this, you can enable remote help with Microsoft Intune based on roles You will need to setup some things
First thing to do is enable in the Remote Help in Windows policies…
Then you need to get the Microsoft Remote HELP app —
