(PFCB) Wi-Fi hotspot access service, please read the following important legal information. Warnings:

This is a FREE service. It comes with no warranties or assurances of performance, and by using it you agree that neither PFCB nor any of its employees, personnel, officers, or administrators will be liable for any and all consequences that occur through your use of the service. The hotspot access service is provided “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

You Understand and Agree:

PFCB public wireless Internet access is not intended for tenant, vendor or business use and should not be used for business processes. PFCB is not responsible for any impact to or interruption of business resulting from the use of the wireless connectivity.

You will be solely responsible for any and all statements made by you and all of your acts or omissions that occur, through the use of this hotspot access service. We strongly recommend that you not disclose, receive or transmit any data or content that is confidential or that you would not want intercepted by others in this hotspot without taking appropriate steps to encrypt or secure the information.

No computer or communications system can be made completely secure and accessing the Internet via a Wi-Fi access service through PFCB hotspots may subject your computers or communication devices to attack by third parties who intentionally or unintentionally transmit or spread malicious code, viruses, infections or contamination, or steal or view your data and information.

While the Internet generally provides access to information that is valuable and enlightening, the user may find information that is controversial, offensive, disturbing, erroneous, or illegal. PFCB utilizes a filtering device in order to limit a minor’s ability to gain access to material deemed harmful to minors. Filtering software may not block all material that users might find offensive.

PFCB does not collect personal or usage information, does not have complete control over information accessed through the Internet, and cannot be held responsible for its content, presentation, or use. Any restriction or monitoring of a minor’s access to the wireless connectivity provided is the sole responsibility of a parent or guardian.

You may experience weak signal strength, depending on a number of factors, including where you are in relation to the hotspot radios, the number of users currently accessing the hotspot access service, what other radio frequency devices are in use with the hotspot zone, or how well your computer or access device handles Wi-Fi signals and interference.

PFCB is not responsible for the content, quality, or accuracy of any off-site materials referenced or linked by use of the wireless connectivity provided, or for any damage which may occur as a result of linking to those sites.

All users are expected to use the wireless connectivity in a legal and responsible manner, consistent with the business and informational purposes for which it is provided. Users should not violate federal, state, or local laws, including the transmission or receiving of child pornography or harmful material, fraud, or downloading copyrighted and trademarked materials.

PFCB is neither responsible nor liable for any viruses or other contamination of your system, nor for any delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions arising out of your use of the wireless connectivity provided or with respect to the material or hyperlinks available via these connections. PFCB does not warrant that access to, or operation of, the hotspot access service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any errors will be corrected.

The wireless connectivity provided and all materials contained on it are distributed and transmitted “As Is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

PFCB is not responsible for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential risks or damages that may arise from the use of, or the inability to use, the wireless Internet access and/or the materials contained on the site, whether the materials contained on the site are provided by the PFCB or by a third party. Any access of the wireless connectivity provided is at the sole risk of the user. Threats and vulnerabilities such as viruses, worms, spam, and phishing exist on the Internet and may change over time. PFCB wireless Internet access does not provide protection against these vulnerabilities, and you are advised to maintain anti-virus software and current operating system updates on your computer.

PFCB may terminate, suspend or interrupt this service to you at any time for any reason or no reason as the PFCB, in its sole discretion, may determine.

Use Policy:

You hereby agree to use PFCB hotspot access service for lawful purposes only and shall not use, or allow others to use, your access, either directly or indirectly, for any unlawful, invasive, disruptive, harassing, or other harmful purpose. This service may not be used to hack, distribute spam, or transmit viruses.
