Pins on a Map
I volunteer for a non-profit that runs an event every year —
Artists invite the public into their house studios and they need to create a map of the artists home.
They were doing it manually with a lot of hard work over several session at one of the collaborators ( wine and cheese wants involved) — After attending the one session I offered to do it via computer

Out of the list, I tried them all, and the The one that I end up using was AtList.com —
VERY East to use to create the map and finalize it. Very pleased with the results.
It now takes me 50 minutes to complete a task that took others several hours and although I miss the wine/cheese sessions, the outcome is MUCH better!
