How to Print Labels

You need 2 things:

  • Excel spreadsheet Data: 2023-Labels.xlsx
    • this file contains the label data information (name / Location)
  • Word document: LabelsMailMerge.docx =
    • that contains the format and the fields to place on the label

Open the Excel spreadsheet and make sure you have entered all the infomration correctly including spelling!!!

Save and Exit the Excel document.

Open the Word Document.

In this case I ma reprinting so that is why the look red ( repats)

Next the the Word merge file…

That is it!

To sumarize the files that are needed:

Lets do it again!
Make sure your DATA is correct ( Spelling!!)
