Please read these Terms of Service carefully before further access. Clicking on ‘I accept the Terms of Service’ is taken as acceptance of this agreement.

All existing laws (federal and state) and PG&E regulations and policies apply, including not only those laws and regulations that are specific to computers and networks, but also those that may apply generally to personal conduct.

The internet connection is made over a public network and PG&E cannot guarantee the security of the network and anyone using it does so at their own risk. PG&E does not warrant that this service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. By using this facility, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you disseminate. PG&E does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of third party communications.

PG&E makes no claims as to the level of security the system provides. Users should be aware that there are security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in wireless communications and associated technology. PG&E does not make any assurances or warranties relating to such risks. By using this wireless internet service, users agree that PG&E is not liable for any costs or damages, special, incidental or consequential, arising from the use of this service. PG&E strongly recommends that network users do not use this facility to access sensitive information without appropriate network security protections (e.g. encryption).

All users accessing our facility must assume the system is not secure and must protect themselves from hackers and virus threats and spyware, etc at their own point of access. It is strongly recommended that you have a working firewall and anti-virus and spyware/adware software on your local PC or laptop or any other hardware you utilize to access our network, and that you keep it properly configured and turned on at all times. You are responsible for protecting your hardware and data.

PG&E will make reasonable efforts to keep wireless service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Some locations may provide stronger signals than others. All technical support requests should be routed through the Technology Service Center: (415)973-9000 [Internal 3-9000].

Certain internet activities can use most of the available bandwidth, thus restricting others access to the internet through the network. Such activities include file sharing and viewing videos (e.g. YouTube). PG&E reserves the right to throttle bandwidth in support of overall system performance.

PG&E reserves the right to make a determination that particular use is not appropriate at any time.
