What might come out of a project engagement?
The deliverable depends on the problem. The goal is to leave you with something concrete — a decision, architecture, prototype, working solution, production plan, or improved application.
Build enough to learn. Then make it better.
I prefer practical progress over unnecessary complexity. Start with the problem and the outcome, build or test enough to learn something useful, and then decide what deserves additional investment.
A prototype is not the finish line. When something proves valuable, the next questions are how to secure it, operationalize it, roll it out, support it, and continue improving it over time.
I am comfortable moving between business requirements, customer conversations, architecture, hands-on experimentation, implementation, and production considerations. That makes it easier to keep the technology connected to the outcome it is supposed to create.
