TimeSOW is a web-based project time entry and tracking system based on timesheets designed as a flexible and scalable solution to maximize user adoption, which they adopt and use it on a daily basis.. It can track, approve, and manage team members time incurred for projects and clients you define. You can pre-assign project time to team members and track time incurred against it.

TimeSOW (Time and Statement of Work) – a timesheet / time tracking system – was originally developed for a small 15-consultant firm to track project-related work. A few of our clients liked it, so we offered it as a service to them. Because we understood how critical the system was we were very selective about the clients we took on. As time went by, consultants and staff moved on, but they remembered the system and they referred us to clients and the little in-house program continues to provide value to many.

We began offering the application as a service back in mid-2009 and it is now in full swing.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

• Do you offer a trial version?
  • Yes. We offer a free version for up to 3 users. It provides all of the features of the full version, and unlike other servers, we won’t ask you for a credit card.
• Can I export my data
  • You can export your time-related data and files into a compressed file which you can then download. Data from your time sheets will be in a spreadsheet, project files will be in a file structure based on client and project.
• Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
  • There’s no contract on the monthly packages — you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty. The Annual Package is a one-year contract. You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year.
• Can I cancel any time?
  • TimeSOW is provided as a monthly subscription service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your service at any time.  When you cancel your subscription your data will be erased, so please export the data prior to terminating your service.
• Do you provide support?
  • We provide excellent support. If you have any problems with your application instance, chances are we are already working on it, but contact us and we will help you with them. Your success is our success. We provide email and forum support. All emails are answered within the same business day.
