AI Disclaimer I love exploring new technology, and that includes using AI to help with research and editing! My digital “team” includes tools like Google Gemini, Notebook LM, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity.ai, Claude.ai, and others as needed. They help me gather insights and polish content—so you get the best, most up-to-date information possible.
For the last few months, I’ve been working on a new book series called AI: Don’t Just Chat.
I wrote it because the pace of AI has become exhausting for a lot of people. The tools change constantly. The advice shifts. What worked a few months ago can already feel outdated. Even people who are deep in the AI world can feel like they are trying to keep up with a moving target.
That is exactly why this series exists: not to add more noise, but to offer clarity.
Not how to use AI, but
why it matters, what it is, and when to focus.
Why this series exists
As I talked with friends, family, and people across different backgrounds — small business owners, college students, professionals, sales teams, and business leaders — one pattern kept showing up. People did not need more jargon or more hype. They needed context.
The real gap was not intelligence. It was understanding.
Most people do not need another tutorial that only explains how to use a tool. They need to understand:
- What actually matters.
- Why it matters for their work.
- When they should act.
That framework became the foundation for the series, which can find more details on: Book Series: AI, Don’t Just Chat… ( https://jorgep.com/blog/book-series-ai-dont-just-chat/)
The three books
The series is built in three stages, each one designed to meet readers where they are.
- Book 1: Delegate -This book focuses on learning how to communicate with AI like a capable partner instead of treating it like a search bar. The goal is to help readers to better utilize the tools by giving better direction .
- Book 2: Orchestrate -This book explains how to move beyond single prompts and into repeatable systems. It is about building workflows that save time, reduce friction, and keep working even when you are not managing every step manually.
- Book 3: Partner – This book expands the idea further. It looks at how AI can proactively support you strategy, collaboration, and decision-making. Be the captain, not the pilot. Agents / multi-Agents exercising judgment by your playbook. You set the goal , not the routes.
The core message
My analogy throughout the series is simple: you do not need to be a pilot to fly to distant places. You just need to know how to board the right plane. That is how I want people to think about AI. Not as something mysterious. Not as something reserved for experts. Just as something you can learn to use well once you understand the basics.
Availability
Books 1 and 2 are available now. Book 3 is coming in May.
If you are currently unemployed and this would be helpful, reach out and I will happily send you complimentary access to Books 1 and 2 when you are ready. No strings attached — just pay it forward when you are in a position to.
If this series can help someone you know, I would appreciate you sharing it.
